Level Representatives' Goals
Goals:
1. To facilitate open communication between the Level 3 cohort, School of Nursing, and NSA Board, and teaching staff
2. To be an advocate for nursing students and encourage their input, participation, and ideas
3. To attend weekly NSA meetings and monthly Teacher meetings and provide timely and relevant information to the Level 3 cohort
4. Work towards improving the quality of life for Nursing Students
5. Expand nursing student opportunities
6. Be available to listen and provide support to the Level 3 cohort as needed
Goals:
1. Serve as a liaison between ELMA students and SFSU faculty.
2. Communicate related questions, concerns, and ideas from the ELMA cohort to the NSA.
Encourage meeting attendance and relationship building among all nursing students.
3. Connect ELMA students with volunteer positions, events, funding and employment opportunities presented to the NSA.
4. Encourage, support and research ways to involve student nurses in communities and activities outside of SFSU.
Goals:
1. Serve as a liaison between Pre-licensure BSN students and the SoN/SFSU faculty.
2. Relay all information from the NSA meetings, as well as information via email, over to the cohort.
3. Address all questions my classmates may have to the NSA board.
4. Make sure that my classmates stay on top of their work and communicate with professors every week for clarity, updates, and guidance.
5. Encourage and welcome the rest of the cohort, whether or not they are a member of NSA, to come to events and gatherings hosted by the NSA.
6. Remain optimistic and encouraging for every single person in my cohort, as well for all nursing students.
Goals:

Serve as liaison between ELMs and the NSA, as well as the SoN faculty.

2. Advocate for the ELM student body, based on expressed feedback, concerns, and suggestions.
3. Inform ELMs of NSA news and meeting updates.
4. Encourage increased ELM student involvement in the NSA, through event planning and meeting attendance.
5. Organize socials and other opportunities for ELMs to interact & share their experiences.
Goals:
1. I hope to become connected to my cohort and serve as a liaison between my cohort and the NSA. I plan to provide any helpful or relevant information in a timely manner.

2. I plan to accomplish my goals by staying on top of information given to me by the NSA, attending NSA meetings, attending faculty meetings, and getting things done in a timely manner.
